Petaluma Poultry
Family owned chicken farm in California. Petaluma has pioneered the effort to raise organic, free-range poultry as well as practicing sustainable farming practices and the humane treatment of their animals. Calistro is proud to support and carry Petaluma Chicken. You can taste the difference!
Meat Shop
Local, family-owned pig farm in Palo Verde, AZ raising Yorkshire and Duroc Pigs. All of their pigs are all natural and are fed a diet of corn and soy beans.

Local certified organic farm in Peoria, AZ. Bob McClendon is at the forefront of the organic movement in Arizona and his farm is now open all year round!
MCL Fresh
Organic produce company in Los Angeles, California. MCL Fresh believes California organic produce can be enjoyed in Arizona and works with Shamrock Foods, a family owned Arizona distributor.

Calistro Bistro is the first restaurant in the Phoenix-Metro area to install the new Energy Star “Green” Machine Dish Washing Machine. This revolutionary machine uses the least amount of energy and less than half the amount of water than any other dish washing machine on the market.
Pro Clean also supplies Calistro with a complete line of eco-friendly cleaning chemicals.
