Calistro Bistro brings that “Farm to Table” mentality from California to Scottsdale, Arizona. All of our products are sourced through the best local and regional organic and sustainable farms here in Arizona and throughout the Western United States.

Owner and executive chef, Devin Walsh, has crafted a seasonal menu, incorporating healthy Mediterranean flavors. Our ingredients “speak for themselves,” which is the foundation of our fresh and healthy cuisine. Everything from our pasta, mozzarella and flatbreads to our stocks and sauces are made in house. The wood burning hearth takes front stage in our open kitchen.

Calistro’s drink list showcases the best wines from California and around the world. Our unique cocktails feature house infused spirits and the draft beers are both seasonal and regional.

Calistro Bistro has a private patio and a private wine room, both of which can accommodate parties up to 25 people. Chef Devin can customize a menu based on your needs and desires. We also have a chef’s counter overlooking our open kitchen, which can be reserved for parties of 12 people, providing a unique, chef-driven experience.
